How much does it cost?

Tickets are £99 however we have a number of free tickets available for NHS staff who haven't been to one of our events before.

What's the format of the day?

A typical day would be 11-5pm, with a mix of speakers, networking opportunities and workshop. Lunch and refreshments are provided!

Where are the events held?

So far we've held events in London and Manchester.

Is there an option to join online?

As one of the aims of the event is to create connection and build long lasting relationships, this is an in-person only event.

What kind of topics are discussed?

The topics for each event vary and we usually welcome 4-5 speakers who cover a range of topics. Previous topics include:
- Getting buy in from senior management
- Building a successful menopause support strategy
- The 5 ways to wellbeing
- How one trust used physical activity to improve staff wellbeing
- The link between EDI and wellbeing
- The highs and lows of launching a dedicated staff wellbeing centre
- How to get maximum engagement from staff wellbeing initiatives
