Mental health issues can affect one in four people at some point in their lives. It’s crucial that employers have the right tools and resources to support people.
Mental illness can be legally classed as a disability, so organisations have a legal responsibility to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate for this under the Equality Act 2010.
This list has 25 fantastic, free resources for you to use or share at your workplace including guides, quizzes, activities and other tools.
